Welcome to Happy Valley Elite Cleaning! We are delighted to serve you. Before availing of our services, please carefully read and understand our terms and conditions outlined below:
Quality Assurance Photos: By booking an appointment you consent to having before and after photos taking for internal use only. We do not post or share any photos of clients homes without first asking for permission.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $75 fee. If the appointment is cancelled upon arrival or morning of you will be charged for 50% of the anticipated cost of the appointment based on the time we blocked off for your appointment. If cancelled upon arrival or on the way, you’ll be billed hourly for their drive time.
Recurring Cleaning: If a customer goes without a clean from us for over a month (even if they used a different cleaning service in the meantime), we may need to redo the deep clean. The cost will vary based on the condition, it won't always be as costly as the initial deep clean, it just shouldn’t be expected to be the same as an upkeep clean.
Travel: For distances over 30 miles from our base location we charge a 65 cents per mile there and back.
Refunds and Issue Reporting: We do not offer refunds; however, if you encounter any issues with the work performed, it is imperative to inform us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. This allows us to address any concerns promptly and ensure your satisfaction with our services.
Invoice and Payment: An invoice will be sent via text or email after each appointment, please pay it promptly. Invoices without payment for 60 days without contact collect a 10% additive late fee relative to your initial invoice total. We require a $100.00 minimum to book any service provided.
Sales Tax: 6% sales tax is added to every invoice unless given a tax exemption #.
Additional Cleaning Needs: It's your responsibility to inform us beforehand if extra cleaning is required prior to any upkeep appointment.
Respectful Conduct: We expect respectful behavior towards our staff. Any form of rudeness, name-calling, or negotiation/discussion on price with our team members will not be tolerated. While you're welcome to be present during the cleaning and discuss specifics with our employees, please refrain from watching over them or making them uncomfortable.
Bug Infestations: We don’t force our employees to clean houses that are badly infested with bugs. Please exterminate before setting up an appointment if you know of an infestation. If our cleaners notice an infestation that they’re not comfortable with (bed bugs for example) they will leave, and you can reschedule for a date post-extermination.
Tipping: At HVEC, we deeply appreciate your satisfaction and support. As such, you are welcome to show your appreciation to any team member through tipping at your discretion. While tipping is not mandatory, it is a gesture that our team members greatly value and are grateful for.
If you choose to tip, ideally you provide it directly to the team member at the time of service, or you can include it with your payment.
