We no longer give house cleaning quotes as it's mostly impractical to calculate how long it will take even when seeing the home in person. We charge by the hour and can aim to complete your clean within a certain amount of time to comply with your budget. Our cleaners come to your home equipped with standard cleaning supplies and tools to complete the level of cleaning selected during your booking.

There are select items that a team may use from your home, such as a toilet brush for sanitary/cross-contamination reasons and trash bags to ensure that your preferred brand/size continues to be used for your home.

If you prefer the cleaners use your own supplies or equipment, such as a specific cleaning product that may work better for your allergies, please declare this during your booking and it will be communicated to the team.

Please Note: We cannot guarantee a cleaner will keep certain brands or supplies. If it is imperative a particular product be used in your space for any reason (including ethical/green/etc.), please have this available at the time of your cleaning.

Initial deep cleans, construction cleans, hoarding cleans, and organizational cleans are priced as follows:
Unless there was an agreed upon flat rate to complete the job we charge by the hour. $110 per hour for a team of 2, $140 an hour for a team of 3.

We're always able to limit the amount of time spent to comply with your budget. When we have a time limit we prioritize the tasks most important to you first and less important tasks time permitted. If we reach your time limit before completing the work and our schedule permits; the cleaners can call you to ask whether you'd like them to finish up or stop at that point.

Recurring upkeep cleans:

The average price for our upkeep cleans is $150 based on average conditions in an average sized home cleaned bi-weekly. Less frequent appointments will typically take longer and cost more and more frequent appointments will typically cost less.

Carpet shampooing:

$0.30 per square foot and $4 per carpeted stair.

All major credit cards and debit cards can be used to reserve and pay for your cleaning. Payment will only be collected on the day of your appointment. If you have a special case where you need to pay in cash you can contact us. We do not accept checks from residential customers.

No, you do not have to be home during the cleaning. You can simply provide entry and lock instructions via our online booking form or you can send them via email, text, or by calling us.
